Close to the Line b metro station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Rome. Very clean, staff is friendly and will help you out at all hours. Very inexpensive for the easy access it has to Rome. Safe place as well, security cameras everywhere.

The location is very good and walkable from Metro. Reception is open 24/7 which help us to ask any query.

Rooms are small and bathroom is too small to turn. The hotel looks like a row house. Though breakfast is okay and well served on time but very little veriety. I stayed 4 days and everyday same food which I fed up.

Exceptionally clean and well kept,and secure specially for drvers that can enjoy the safe keeping of the well monitored parking areas. Very friendly staff and good home made Italian Cuisine.

The hotel is more of a busness accomodation , driving holidaymakers or motorway stopover. The management approach is rather cold that blends in with the lack of comfort, like a relaxing lounge and bar. To be blunt it has a sweet and sour atmosphere. The use of Visa just as a booking guarantee

The Hotel Metro is located 300m from a Metro Station and a Bus Stop Rebbibia, and from there you can get to the centre of Rome in 15 minutes max. The neighbourhood is very nice and calm, There's a Supermarket (Tuodo) about 100m from the hotel, where you can buy very cheap groceries, and in the rooms of the hotel you have a mini-fridge to use. There's also a nearby restaurant that makes pizzas to take away, and a Cafe, where you can have great icecreams.

Because the hotel is in the suburbs, the price for a room is considerably less than for a comparable hotel in central Rome.However, the hotel is very near the end of one of the subway lines, so that central Rome can be reached in less than half an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with air conditioning. The breakfast provided was quite adequate.

One of the disadvantages of staying at this hotel is that there is absolutely nothing of interest in the immediate neighbourhood. The only dining facility is the hotel's restaurant; it has a limited menu and is open only at the usual evening meal hours.

We booked on line and didn't know the location. It was farther than I thought from the center of Rome, however we took the metro for one euro and got to all the places we wanted to see with in 30 minutes or less. It was actually more convient than friends who stayed closer in, they walked about 20 minutes to go anywhere and we only had a 5 minute walk to the metro. The shower bathroom struck us as funny because it was sink,toilet, and shower all in one area. No curtain for the shower and it was wet floor. /Coffee for am was amazing.Staff helped as much as possible.

In the morning when we left, there were a few friendly bugs that we didn't nlotice at night.

The hotel is near an underground station. Staff are friendly and helpful with information about the city. Check-in was easy and fast. The price also include continental breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with air-conditioning which was necessary even in mid September.

The doors of the ground floor rooms near the hotel reception open straight into the car park and outdoor smoking/sitting area. It could be a bit noisy at night if there were a group of guests drinking, smoking and chating in this area.

It offers good value for money. It is a 10 min walk from Via Rebibbia subway station. Has free wifi. Room has bare minimum furnishings and the AC doesn't really work. Breakfast was also bare minimum. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

Room was very, very clean, but simple. The staff try to be accomodating if there is a problem.

Very noisy area, poor lighting in room. Rooms on the ground floor have parking directly in front of door. Location is in a poor industrial zone. There is lots of traffic. Located right next to a freeway. The 400 meter walk to the metro is dirty. This metro station in particular is very seedy and derelict. I wouldn't recommend to solo travellers.

- the staff, they were all very helpfull and friendly - the cleaning lady came every day - 200 m from the metro - the room (double) was spacious

- the shower was small - the check-out was too early

Very good location of the hotel from the subway station.

Wifi is free only at reception, not in room.

There were problems with the public transport and I has not been warned by the staff about it even they knew it.

there is no window in most of the rooms and AC is not working generally

Worst hotel ever. Definitley not 3-star. (1). We had a room without window. (2). No air conditioning. Still they insist it is. So we had to sleep with opened door to breathe. (3). They take money before giving the key. So check you room first. (4). Very poor breakfast. (5). Nobody can give your money back besides owner. And he is out most of the time. (6). Old-fashioned shower built-in the wall. (7). Thin towels. (8). Wi- fi is only in the lobby.
